Your staff must be trained and supported through commissioning, early operations, and beyond.

Everyone at Sky-Skan is part of your support team. Our trained field service engineers come to you (virtually or in person), and have unfettered access to the engineers, scientists, programmers, and technicians who designed your system. You’ll never be alone.

FACILITY DESIGN

Our NCARB-certified staff architect will make sure everything, from projector placements to aisle widths, is done right.

INSTALLATION

Experienced Sky-Skan field service engineers will install everything, hook it together, and confirm proper operation.

SHOW SLICING

Customers with our system who license shows from us receive slicing and encoding service at no additional cost.

ANNUAL SUPPORT

Our affordable Preventive Maintenance Agreements include remote support, software updates, and on-site service.
